This is a very good course and the content is relevant. The presentation was high quality and engaging. Anyone in the industry would benefit from this course. Thank you.

I did not take the quiz but when I opened the quiz to take it, the correct answers were already filled in and it indicated that I had already taken it. Weird.
the course itself was very good.

One fourth of a credit is really not of any value to an architect who is trying to accumulate 24 full credits for the renewal of their state architectural license. During my 30 plus years as a licensed architect this is the only course I have ever seen that did not offer anything less than a full credit. Where can I find courses to make up the other 3/4 of a credit? Why am I wasting my time doing this in the first place? Bilco is a first class company in the construction equip business. You should provide better opportunities for continuing education credits for architects. Shame on you!

Where can I find the 3hr or 3credit version of a safety railing course?

Most important item learned was that OSHA does not require a safety railing for roof hatches - unless they are open. This means that since no one can guarantee that a roof hatch will always be closed when someone is on the roof, it is very wise to have the railing to prevent liability and fines if someone were to fall into a roof hatch while open without a safety railing.

Excellent nano-course for an overview of roof hatches and critical items to consider when specifying.
