PolyVinylidene DiFluoride (PVDF) is an Alkyl Substance that is PolyFluorinated. But until this month last year it was not a PolyFluorinated Alkyl Substance (PFAS). Except in Europe. Never mind that it is known to shed PFASs (which are endocrine disruptors) during manufacture, use, and disposal. LBC has finally (Jan 2021 - a year ago) added it to the Red List. Sherwin Williams is saying that it doesn't count if you include the weight of the metal it's painted on. They also make shitty paint.
